At Wishful Events, we believe in designing premium events, backed by a comprehensive advertising campaign targeting people that are interested in Health, wellness, spirituality and self-improvement.


Our last event sold out! Book in early to secure your place.


The Healthy Body and Soul Festival will put you and your products/services in front of people that are genuinely interested in improving & exploring options to improve their lifestyle.

Our event suits both sales of products and is also a great platform for promotion of professional services available to help our attendees. 


We have made this event space only to keep costs more affordable for you. So please bring along your own pull-up banners etc as there are no fixed walls.


We have an intimate space reserved for mini-workshops and talks, this is a free platform for you to connect with our attendees. However, places are limited, please select this option on your booking form and we will send you further information.



Our main hall and is the heart of the event. Its the perfect space to both promote professional services and sell products. 

Our hall is an intimate space, designed to offer visitors some time out from their busy lives to explore products and services to assist them in their everyday lives. 

Our exhibiting hall is usually alive with conversations and laughter. 

COST: $220 Inc GST


Speakers Corner - 1 opportunity currently available

We have a small intimate space for speakers to connect with attendees in a group setting. 

This is space is for patrons to lean, grow, discover and relax.

Our Speaker's Corner is not held on a main stage, rather in a more intimate setting with approximately 30 chairs for patrons. 

We allow 30 minutes per speaker, which includes change over.

These opportunities are free, however spaces are limited and only available to our exhibitors/healers/readers as an extra platform for you to connect with our patrons in a small group format.

A small PA system & microphone will be available for those that require this.

(No other Audio Visual support is available as we keep this space as organic as possible)

Cost:  $220

Optional Extras:


  • Power - Free but limited (please only select if you need the power to assist you with sales)

  • Event Bags $80 + GST - 100 bags (items to be provided 2 weeks before the event)

  • Public Liability Insurance for the event only $50 + GST (if you don't have your own insurance policy)
